Move over Smokey the Bear, there’s a new mascot in town. Ember, the Fire Smart Fox. In a contemporary move to rebrand away from the cuddly bear, BC Fire Smart created this new character to elaborate on the topic of forest fire prevention. It’s not just “where there’s smoke there’s fire”, being Fire Smart dives much deeper into the conversation.
